  • What are your shipping costs?
    We are happy to offer shipping free of charge worldwide.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    The delivery of your product/s take around 10-30 days. Especially the personalized products will take a bit longer since they will be only created just for you :)
  • Help - My order arrived incomplete
    We are sorry to hear your order arrived incomplete! Please send us an e-mail with the following details: Full name Order number Missing product(s) You can use our contact form or send and email to info@livorie.com. If you suspect that your package has been opened before, or has been damaged during transport, please make photos and send them along with your e-mail.
  • What if my product is defect?
    We are sorry to hear! If your product arrived with a defect, we will send you a new one free of charge. Please send us an e-mail with the following details so our we can help you further: Order number (or receipt when ordered elsewhere) Purchase date Description of the defect Photo of the defect We will follow up shortly.
